Instructions:

For the rum slices, first melt the chocolate over a water bath. Separate the eggs. Mix yolks with powdered sugar and butter.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Add chocolate, nuts, flour and baking powder to the mixture.

Spread on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 to 35 minutes. Mix the glaze with powdered sugar, rum and water and spread over the rum slices.
