Instructions:

For the chicken breasts, skin them, salt them and let them slowly fry in a pan with hot butter until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Pour some sherry over the meat, stir in mustard and let it steam.

Pour the cream over the meat, add sage leaves, cover and let simmer until the sauce has thickened.

The finished chicken breasts are best served with vegetables.
