Instructions:

For beef stew, sauté beef tenderloin cubes and remove from pan. Sauté carrots and onions in the pan and pour soup.

Add soaked spelt grains and green beans and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Add seared cubes of fillet, heat, season with salt and pepper and serve the beef stew hot.
