Finely dice streaky bacon and fry. Add diced onions and garlic cloves pressed through (or 4-6) eggs with whipped cream. Grated Parmesan, salt and pepper mix and add to the bacon form. Stir through with the hot pasta and sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley.
