Instructions:

For the polenta towers with lentils bolognese, first prepare the polenta.

For the polenta, heat the soup and milk, add the cornmeal and simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spread thickly on a board and let cool so that the mixture becomes firm.

For the lentil bolognese, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Wash celery and cut into small pieces as well.

Sauté everything in olive oil, add tomato pulp and lentils and reduce a little. Season with salt, pepper, dried and fresh oregano.

Cut out circles from the polenta and alternately layer sauce and polenta, creating a turret.

Serve the polenta towers sprinkled with lentil bolognese and goat cheese.
