For the Christmas stanitzel, quickly knead flour, butter, cream, sugar and salt into a smooth dough. Leave to rest in a cool place for a short time.
Preheat oven to 170 ÂșC hot air.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out circles with a cookie cutter. Shape the circle into a stanitzel. Fill with pumpkin seed filling.
Bake for 12 minutes and then let cool.
Dip the lower part of the stanitzel in chocolate icing.
