Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Cook spaghetti in enough boiling hot salted water for 8-10 minutes.
Drain.
Rinse and dry salmon and cut into large cubes. Clean, rinse and chop spring onions. Peel and finely dice onion.
Heat 1 tbsp. butter in a frying pan. Roast salmon in it all around for 2-3 min. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Sauté spring onions briefly. Remove both.
Heat 1 tbsp. butter in the frying fat. Sauté onion in it.
Add paradeis pulp and flour and sauté briefly. Add 200 ml water, whipped cream and clear soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season to taste Place noodles as nests on a small greased baking tray (approx. 25 x 30 cm). Spread salmon and spring onions evenly on top. Pour sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 225 °C (fan oven 200 °C, gas mark 4) for approx. 12 minutes. Garnish with lemon and herbs.
