Instructions:

First cook the pasta until al dente.

Cut the Emmental cheese into cubes.

Strain the pasta, heat the oil in a pan, mix the pasta in the pan with Emmentaler and processed cheese, add some milk (possibly also whipped cream).

Add salt and pepper to taste and heat everything until the cheese is melted.

Season the cheese noodles with salt and pepper again to taste and serve immediately.
