For the Asian rice, cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and soak them in a mixture of water and vinegar for 10 to 15 minutes.

Boil one cup of basmati rice with two cups of water for about 15 minutes until the rice is cooked. Beat the egg with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan with a little oil to make a thin omelet.

Set the omelet aside, when it has cooled cut it into strips. Now rinse the chicken pieces and cook them in water until done, or fry them.

Fry the vegetables together with the rice in a pan and season with soy sauce and some pepper. Now mix in the egg and the chicken and serve.
