Kohlrabi crudités, pasta asciutta, chopped salad (lunch)

Kohlrabi crudités:Coarsely grate kohlrabi and a few radishes, season with chopped herbs, salt and yogurt.

Pasta asciutta: fry tartar meat, chopped onions and soup vegetables in oil, extinguish with skinned tomatoes, add paprika, salt, bell pepper, marjoram and simmer. Pour the meat sauce over the cooked spaghetti form, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Head lettuce:cook in vinegar-oil marinade.
