Melanzane and zucchini cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and pull. Cut peppers into strips, onions into coarse pieces, as well as the tomatoes. Blanch (scald) and peel the tomatoes, but this is not necessary.

Fry the minced meat with the oil and onion. Then add the chopped garlic and the vegetables, except the tomatoes. The order depends on the consistency of the vegetables, so the softest at the end. Mix briefly and steam for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spices and tomatoes at the end.

Also tastes good with cutlet or egg dish.
