Instructions:

For the fitness bread, sift together rye flour and wheat flour and add salt. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and stir in the agave syrup. Mix with the flour, add the oil and knead everything into a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts and seeds and cut the dried fruit into small pieces.

The dough has increased its volume during the resting period. Now quickly knead in the nuts, seeds and fruit and distribute well.

Put the dough directly into the baking pan of the Philips Airfryer or form it into a loaf and place it on baking paper in the rack insert, cover and let it rise again for about 15 minutes.

Bake the bread dough in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 200 °C for 5 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 55 minutes. This will make the crust even crispier.

Brush the fitness bread with a little water from time to time so that the crust shines nicely.
