Plums rinse, halve and remove seeds. in conjunction with the skin sauternes in cooking pot. Rinse the orange and lemon in hot water and remove the skin very thinly, there should be no white skin on the peel. Then cut the peel into very fine sticks. Add the sticks to the plums together with the orange juice, sugar, cinnamon stick and sago and cook for 15-20 minutes at a low temperature until the sago is glazed. Pour the compote into a large enough bowl and let cool. Serve with unsweetened liquid or possibly whipped cream.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
