For the honey mustard fish on zucchini coucous, first prepare the fish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

For the fish, spread 1 tsp of oil in a baking dish and layer in the fish blocks. Season the fish generously on both sides with the grill salt.

Now, in a bowl, mix the honey with the mustard, oil and salt and add water. Pour this broth over the fish blocks.

Cook in a hot oven for 45-50 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the couscous with the soup, preferably according to the package instructions, and let it stand until it swells.

Now wash the zucchini and cut into fine cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a higher pan and fry the zucchini cubes in it. Season with salt. When the couscous is ready, pour 2 tablespoons of oil over it and loosen it up with a fork.

Add the couscous to the still hot zucchini in the pan and season with salt. When the fish is ready, arrange it on a plate with the finished coucous and serve the honey mustard fish on zucchini couscous.
