The calcium lactate required for preparation can be obtained at the pharmacy.

Heat the milk to boiling point, add calcium lactate. After a short time (idR about 1 minute), the amount separates from the liquid. Pour through a sieve, drain. Later, mix the cheese with the other ingredients in a hand mixer.
