Turkey Skewers with Yogurt Dip

For The Yogurt Dip:









Instructions:

1. turkey goulash rinse, dry. Stir oil, tariyaku marinade, rosemary and spices. Marinate meat in it for approx. 20 min.

Peel and halve onions. Clean zucchini, rinse, cut into slices. Rinse tomatoes. Cut sausages into pieces.

Remove meat (set marinade aside). Divide prepared ingredients evenly among eight skewers. Roast on the fat tray at 250 °C for about 30 minutes. Brush in between with marinade.

4. rinse cucumber, remove peel, chop. Clean radishes, rinse, dice. Mix yogurt and curd until smooth. Add vegetables, spices and chive rolls.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
