A cake recipe for all foodies:

1. beat soft fat and sugar until creamy. Fold in eggs one at a time.

Combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold in.

Grease a cake springform pan (26 cm ø). Smooth the dough in it.

Bake in a heated oven (electric oven: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for 25 to half an hour. Cool down. Turn out of the mold.

Allow cake glaze to melt in a hot water bath. Brush underside of base with glaze and dry. Place chocolate side down on a cake plate. Prick top several times with a fork. Drizzle with 150 ml liqueur.

Whip whipped cream until stiff and spread on top. Coarsely crumble meringue shells and sprinkle on top of whipped cream. Dust with cocoa. Sprinkle with hazelnut brittle to taste and drizzle with remaining liqueur.
