For the potato and cabbage sprout goulash, peel the potatoes and cut into rough cubes. Fry them in heated butter. Peel and press garlic and add to potatoes.

Add the soup and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Add cleaned and washed cabbage sprouts to the potatoes along with the tomatoes and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Quarter the olives, pluck the thyme leaves and cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Add the thyme and olives to the goulash, season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
