For the spinach pancakes, first mix milk, flour and salt until smooth, fold in eggs and bake pancakes.

Spread the defrosted spinach into the finished pancakes and roll them up. Place the spinach pancakes in a baking dish, sprinkle with butter flakes, Parmesan cheese and grated nutmeg and bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
