Instructions:

Prepare the dough for the vegetable wholemeal pizza. For this, knead the ingredients together and let rest for about 1-2 hours.

Roll out the dough on the baking tray and spread thinly with the pizza tomato sauce. M

top with ham and spread the diced zucchini, halved tomatoes and thinly sliced onion on top.

Spread the pepperoni and the grated cheese on the pizza as well.

Bake in a preheated 180° oven for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
