Hard boil eggs for 10-12 minutes. Then rinse under cold water, peel and leave to cool.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, seed and finely dice the bell bell pepper. Also chop the pickled gherkins and ham. Finely chop the parsley.

Chop the cooled eggs and mix in a large bowl with curd cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Add vegetables, parsley and ham and mix everything together well.

Before serving, garnish with onion rings and chopped herbs to taste.
