Sauté in olive oil.

Cover each medallion with a slice of mango, roll in a sheet of filo pastry, brush with olive oil, sauté in a frying pan and cook in the oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, sauté the shallot cubes in olive oil, add enough curry, mugwort, honey, thyme, cinnamon, marjoram, juice of one lemon, lemon zest, green Tabasco, grated ginger and a dash of white wine to cook, add the crab and the mushroom cubes sautéed in olive oil and spread as a mirror on a flat plate.

Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with a bunch of parsley.
