Remove the peel from the oranges, free them from the white membranes and carve them into slices. Rinse the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Make a marinade with the juice of one lemon, oil, sugar and salt, pour it over the fruit and radishes and mix them together. Leave the salad in the refrigerator until serving.
