Instructions:

For the sausages in potato and spelt dough, boil the potatoes until soft, peel them and then press them through a potato ricer onto a pasta board.

Add the butter and flour, spelt semolina, salt and the egg and work everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

In the meantime, cut the sausages into 3 pieces each and coat them with the potato dough. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potato loafs in it.
