For the yogurt cake with peaches, beat eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Grease and flour a springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at 180 °C until golden brown.

Frame the cooled cake base and spread a thin layer of apricot jam on it. Then cover with drained peach slices.

For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon sugar. Soak gelatine in cold water and squeeze out. Dissolve in 1 tablespoon hot water and stir into the yogurt mixture. Finally, stir in the whipped cream and chill the yogurt tart with peaches in the refrigerator overnight.
