Mix soft butter well with the peeled, finely chopped salt, onion, sugar, juice of one lemon and finely chopped herbs. Shape onto a piece of aluminum foil and form into a roll using the foil. Place in the refrigerator to set and keep chilled.
Take eight-herb mixture.
Shelf life: In the refrigerator eight days, frozen three months.
