Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking dish.

Cut the zucchini and potatoes into 5 mm thick slices and also cut the onion into thin slices.

Whisk together whipping cream, egg, cheese, pepper and salt.

Alternate a row of potatoes, zucchini and onion in the baking dish.

Pour the whipped topping over the top and bake for about 35 minutes on the middle rack until the potatoes are soft.
