For the vanilla-banana roulade, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and finally fold in the flour.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes. Turn the roulade out onto a sugared baking paper and remove the baking paper, roll up and let cool.

For the cream, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Mix the Qimiq, stir in the powdered sugar and finally fold in the whipped cream.

Roll up the sponge roll and spread with cream. Place the bananas inside and roll up. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Glaze the vanilla banana roulade with chocolate icing.
