For the pork tenderloins in yogurt sauce, first cut the cheese into thin strips about 5 cm long. Rub the meat with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and lard with the cheese sticks.

Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and finely chop the parsley.

Roll the fillets all around in flour, heat the butter well and brown the meat well in it on all sides. Then remove the meat and keep warm.

Fry the onion in oil until golden, add yogurt and beef broth and let it boil down for a few minutes. Add the garlic and pour the sauce over the fillets.

Cover the meat with the sauce and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, remove it from the sauce and arrange it on plates.

Season the yogurt sauce with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and pour the sauce over the pork fillets.
