For the banana bunnies, make a shortcrust pastry from all ingredients except the jam. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm, cut out bunnies, make a hole (flower, heart…) in one half of the bunnies.
Chill the cookies on the baking tray lined with baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. (No hot air!) Bake cookies for about 8 minutes.
Stick 2 cookies together with banana jam.
