For the mushroom mozzarella pasta, clean the mushrooms, cut them into flakes and fry them in hot oil until the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper.

Cut the mozzarella into thin strips. Cook spaghetti in salted water and strain. Mix pasta with mozzarella, basil and mushrooms, adding more salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve the mushroom-mozzarella pasta.
