Loosen the dough with a little milk (until the dough is no longer too heavy). Now spread the dough on a baking tray (with baking paper) (not too thin, because the stain dough rises only very little).

Wash the fruit and place it on top as pieces or in slices. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes (test with a stick). After baking, let cool well and sprinkle powdered sugar on the cooled cake.
