Instructions:

For the rum balls, cream the butter until fluffy, add the powdered sugar and mix well. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie.

Stir the liquid chocolate and rum into the butter/sugar mixture. Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Form balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles, sugar sprinkles, coconut or similar.
