Scramble eggs, season with salt and season with pepper.

Clean the peppers, cut in half, rinse and cut into very thin strips. Cut bacon slices diagonally into thirds.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, remove. Sauté the bell pepper strips in the bacon fat, season with salt, season with pepper, then remove as well.

Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan, spread the bacon pieces and bell pepper strips evenly on top and fry the eggs. Bring one omelet quarter per unit to the table.
