A bean recipe for every taste:

(*) Soak yellow peas and white beans for one night, prepare half-cooked one day later in the soaking water (or in fresh water).

Put the meat in slightly salted water, let it boil, skim off the foam.

Add half of the prepared yellow peas and white beans, onions, turnips and carrots, cover and simmer for an hour.

After this hour, add the remaining yellow peas and white beans together with the cauliflower and lettuce, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Season to taste, add parsley just before serving.
