Instructions:

For the banana espuma, chop the bananas, puree finely with powdered sugar, lemon juice and whipped cream in a stand mixer.

Pour through iSi funnel & sieve into a 0.5 L iSi device, screw on an iSi cream capsule and shake vigorously. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
