Banana Curry

Instructions:

Peel bananas and cut into 1cm thick slices, heat oil in heavy saucepan or coated frying pan, roast turmeric and cumin for 3 minutes, add bananas, salt and red pepper, stir carefully, make 10 minutes on low heat, add curry and yogurt and simmer for another ten minutes.

Be careful! With these quantities, the curry becomes very dry & burns easily. I love it with more sauce and therefore take more yogurt and accordingly more spices.

In addition there is of course long grain rice (and with me likewise still another Curry, e.g. with meat).

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
