For the dumpling pan with paprika and bacon, first prepare the dumpling dough. Mix flour with milk, eggs, salt and butter to a dough. In the meantime, put a pot of water on to boil.

When the water boils, add salt and then put the dumplings through a spätzle sieve into the water. Cook the gnocchi for about 5 minutes and strain. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Cut the bell bell pepper into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic pieces, add the peppers and the dumplings.

Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour over the dumplings, let them set. Cut the chives into small rolls and mix in. Finally, add the grated cheese.
