Instructions:

For the quick peach tart, first peel the peaches and quarter them.

For the sponge mixture, mix sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and egg yolks until creamy. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Whip egg whites with sugar until firm and fold into the batter.

Pour into a greased baking pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs, place the peach quarters on the dough. Bake the quick peach tart at 180-200 °C for 60-70 minutes.
