For the apple pie, first prepare the crumble. For the crumble, mix all the ingredients with the dough hook, if necessary use your fingers to create a crumbly texture, refrigerate in the meantime.

Peel the apples and cut into rough pieces, mix with cinnamon and sugar. For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with the dough hook, then knead again briefly by hand to form a smooth ball of dough, roll out to tray size.

Spread the apples on it and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake at 160 °C hot air (or 180 °C top/bottom heat) for approx. 35 minutes.
