For the crispy peanut balls, clean and cook the potatoes well. Meanwhile, clean and finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté in 1 tablespoon of lard until translucent. Finely grind 125 g of the nuts in a blender.

Drain the potatoes, let them steam, peel them and immediately press them. Make a batter with the egg yolks, garlic, onion, the ground peanuts and the flour.

Season well with salt and chili powder. Heat the frying oil, form small balls from the mixture and fry in batches until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
