Instructions:

First, cut the sausage and cheese into thin strips, chop the onion.

Mix the mustard with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and oil. Add sausage, cheese and onion, mix well, season with a little black pepper and let stand for 10 minutes.

Put the rest of the vinegar, safflower oil, white wine, chive rolls, a pinch of sugar, some pepper and salt in a sealable jar. Coarsely grate the radish, also put it in the jar, close with the lid and shake well.

Wash and drain the lettuce leaves. Arrange the lettuce leaves in a ring on plates and drizzle with the radish dressing.

Mix the Swiss sausage salad again and arrange in the center of the plate.
