Instructions:

Peel and coarsely grate kohlrabi, mix with 1 tsp salt and let stand for about 30 minutes, then squeeze with your hands and mix with the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Roll the loaves in oatmeal and fry in a shallow pan with 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil until crispy.

For the walnut yogurt, chop the walnuts. Mix the kernels with the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
