Instructions:

For the orange salad with spices, wash the oranges hot and grate well.

From two oranges peel the peel with a peeler only the outer (orange) of the peel.

Cut these peels into very fine strips.

Boil the peels briefly in water, strain and drain well.

Fillet the oranges: Peel off the peel including the white inner skin, collecting the juice. Then separate the orange segments from the thin intermediate membranes, also collecting the juice.

Put the orange fillets in a bowl, mix with the collected juice, orange liqueur, sugar and spice. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Sprinkle the orange salad with spices with the orange peels and with powdered sugar.
