Instructions:

Simmer brown rice in two cups of water until tender, about 35 minutes or according to package directions. Stir honey with spices and mix into the long-grain rice: Cook zucchini and chives in a little salted water for five minutes. Finally, add raisins and simmer for about one minute. Drain and drain well. Mix long grain rice and zucchini mixture and finally fold in the pineapple cubes. Bring to the table hot!

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
