Elderflower Parfait

For the elderflower parfait, mix the egg and yolk with the elderflower syrup and whip with a mixer. Beat the cream until stiff and fold it in.

Then pour the parfait mixture into a terrine mold and freeze for a few hours. It is best to prepare it the night before.
