Instructions:

For the low carb burger buns, beat the egg whites until very stiff. Mix the yolks, egg white powder, spelt flour, baking powder and salt well with a dash of water.

Carefully fold the mixture into the beaten egg whites. Grease small ramekins and spread the mixture in them and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes.
