For the Schnitzel Italiana, brush the schnitzels on both sides with pesto. Coarsely grate the zucchini and finely chop the basil.

Grease a baking dish with oil, place cutlets in it and top with tomatoes, shredded zucchini and mozzarella. Sprinkle basil on top.

Season whipped cream with salt, pepper and herbs and pour over cutlets. Bake the Schnitzel Italiana for about 40 minutes.
