For the zucchini, first cut them into slices about 5 mm wide and salt them. Then let them sit for about 10 minutes.

Whisk the egg with a little salt.

Dry the salted zucchini slices with a kitchen towel or a paper towel and turn them in the flour and then in the egg. Then fry the slices until golden brown on both sides.

Garnish the fried zucchini with small red chili rings and serve with the sauce.
