For the curd cheese cake, cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and eggs. Add lemon juice and zest.
Squeeze out the curd in a cloth and stir into the mixture. Mix flour and baking powder, and gradually stir in. Then fold in the remaining ingredients.
Pour the dough into a greased and rolled-out cake pan (22 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 60 minutes.
